i got 250 to spend on a radar thingy but there are so many, which is best value for money?

dont waste your £250, save up some more and get a B2 or Road Angel

trust me, ive had the S815iS, the S5R, the S6-GPS and now a Road Angel

buyin somethin cheaper will be a total waste of money cos to put it bluntly they are sh*tE.........

i think i might do that. how good are the road angel then? do u have to keep plugging it in to the computer? are the gps detectors better?

just when there is an update, maybe every few weeks. gps is very good.

You can update as often as you like within your subscription period, and you can get a lifetime subscription with Road Angel so you dont have to keep coughing up.

GPS databases are updated every day, or whenever there is anything new to add, so its up to you how often you do it, but its recommended to do it every fortnight or so. This is done using a serial port connection.

Good reliability on Road Angel, and easy to use. B2 is good too of course.
