285 fast fan control short circuit to ground

Hi all
I have these errors on my 172 cup

285 fast fan control short circuit to ground
285 fast fan control open circuit
285 fast fan fast fan control

The fan kicks in at low speed when the car gets to temp

If I remove the plug on the coolant temp sensor the fans run at high speed

I also have a SERV light on the dash no idea why

Can anyone help?,
