2nd MOT

I had my first MOT last year when the car was three years old...July 07

If i remeber correctly i had the MOT around the 20th of july.

This year do i need to have the MOT beofre the 20th of july (a year ago) or do i need to have it before the 31st of july (from when it was built)?

Depends if they forward dated it or not mate. It should be the 4th year from the date it was registered. You'd need to check your MOT certificate to make sure though.

id say have around the same date as last year

Well MOT only lasts one year so at a guess I'd say it would be the same day this year.

Look at the date it runs out on & get it done before that date.
