3000rpm rattling sounds????

Can anyone help? when my sport hits aound 3000rpm it makes a rattling sound as if there is a piece of metal rattling in a pipe.
If anybody knows what this is or can help please give me some advice.

i have same noise. comes from the engine on passenger side. no idea what it is. i'm sure it getting worse

there was a reason for the "4000 rpm" - this is no joke.
the catalytic converter is dead or rotten that's why you are hearing the coca cola can noises from the bottom of the car.
i assume you are at around 80K~90K KM ??
