350d Drivers

Hi

Just started to use a 350d for work, bought a new lead for it but when I plug it in the PC wont recognize it.

I think I need drivers, where can I download that’s not dodgy? For windows PC

For a second there, I wondered when BMW had put a 5 litre diesel in a 3 series.

Always had a bit of an issue with the 350d.

On the menu, when hooked up to the computer, change it to print mode when connected (another option is by default)

That will solve the issue.

I can't remember exactly what the wording is, but you will see what I mean.

Done it gabi. Had to change the communication settings to 'print' instead of 'pc' picked it up straight away with no drivers

What do you need drivers for? The software is awful.

SD card > Computer.

Then use whatever to edit/sort them.

I think the 350d might use CF. Even so just buy a card reader and import them that way. And then as Revels says use whatever to edit them.

Card readers are also significantly faster than downloading through the camera.
