3K rattle , not the usual

Hi,
went through pretty much every thread in this forum about rattle noises, couldn't find a solution yet.
The car is a ph2 172.
The noise is present at 3000-3300 rpm, can't really pinpoint the direction it comes from. The whole car just becomes ridiculously loud and you can also feel everything vibrating.
Happens both on and off throttle, standing in place at neutral, or driving in gear.
the car already has no heat shields, no cat and no center silencer, only oem backbox.
Tried fiddling with engine mounts positioning, also swapped back and forth between oem mounts and vibra , no difference.
Any ideas ?

Car is pretty loud with decat and no centre silencer. Chances are it's a harmonic frequency resonating through the car. Take a look to make sure the exhaust mounts are ok I guess.
