3rd Gear crunch

Hi folks,
I'm Mohammed Clio 197 RS owner from the middle east.
My Clio crunches when shifting into 3rd gear. Only if shifted at 2.5K RPM it wont crunch.

Please advise

It's knackered man. Needs a rebuild, the synchros are fucked
