40mm drop for a ph2 valver???

  Toyota MR2 Turbo Rev2
Im in the postition where I'm able to get a set of new springs for a valver that give a 40mm drop at a big knock down price. Originally i was planning on getting a 35mm drop.

Just wondering if anyone has dropped a valver by 40mm on standard wheels? If you have, did it muck up the handling or make it alot better??!!

(I'll get new shocks eventually!!!)

cheers peeps! :D

I was running a 35mm drop on spax adjustable, with 17's, the ride was crap....now gone back to std 15's and it is soooo much better, but like I say that is with Spax.....
I think on std shocks 40mm is about the most you can go without getting probs, consider getting some camber correcting bolts from K-Tec tho, even with my 35mm drop I was wearing the inner edge of the tyre.
