42 inch tele help?

im looking for a 42 inch tele and have a budget of £400. Must be full HD and freeview. anyone recommend me any?

unless anyone can find me a Full HD 50" for £500 or less thanks anyone that can help

That's the same TV that came to my mind after reading the OP's post! Very good for the money.

most tv's are full hd now and just about all have freeview. should find one easy.

I'd be looking at 1080p only if it were me!

Get the PK350 from richersounds and pick it up for £500. Or £25 on top for delivery...
Once you get a few calibration settings from AVforum on it I doubt you could get a better picture than what it's capable of for less. And it's 50"...

Surely you could find/borrow the extra £25 or something to get it delivered? It's the best set at that price point by a considerable margin tbh.

I have to agree with big Roy.

I've had 2 x 42" and 2 x 50".

You really will wish you'd gone bigger. Unless your room is 5ft wide, a 50" will fit.

Really? I've bought plenty from them, and I put them above all highstreet stores.

These guys know their stuff. I've been to the York and Bristol one, where both staff were helpful and clearly knew what they were talking about.
