45 or 50 profile tyres ???

what yould be the best profile? getting some 2020/2118 Speedline wheels with 205/R16 but what profile would be best for road use??

If not 40, but probably more feedback than you'd get with 50s.

i see, prob wont go with 40s tho way too thin for the nasty roads round here full of pot holes. Not wanting a nasty ride or bent rims
