4s email issue

I can't seem to send email from my 4s. I keep getting an error message saying I need to enter a password in the setting but I have already done that. New emails come through fine. Can anyone tell me how to resolve this?

Linked to a hotmail account btw.

Hotmail has been shakey all week.

Like many others you need to provide a password for incoming and outgoing.

SETTINGS>MAIL>HOTMAIL ACCOUNT>OUTGOING MAIL SERVER>PRIMARY SERVER>ENTER PASSWORD

You're a star. Don't remember having to do that on my 3GS.

No problem.

It resets itself every now and again. Just do the same thing again mate.
