5 stud conversion

I have a 1.4 16v mk3 clio and need to know the best way to fit some 197 sport alloys. Do i get a hub conversion (and if so where from) or is it possible to change to 5 stud another way?

Hub adaptors, like Some spacers they bolt to your hub then the new wheel bolts to them.

H&R do them I think, I was reading about them in performance French car... If you want I'll confirm the company later
