Mainly very early press cars I think, they had the reg X*** OPC.At the other end of the scale - my old one was an X plate.

I think it is to do with the Chassis, if that hasn't been registered. Could be completly wrong though.

A rock dude had one like you mention, it may have been the same one. His was white I think. It looked like it should have had like an old L reg plate on it, but it was an 04.
