DVLA road tax bands

I have a couple of 172's and just noticed when I was taxing the 2nd one this year that it was being charged in a higher band. It was being charged in band K £415 and not band J £385 like my other one and on further inspection noticed that the 2nd one's logbook states that it produces 273 g/km co2 and not 194 g/km like the other.
Has anyone else ever encountered this or have I been issued a V5C with an incorrect emissions figure stated on it?
