Remove door card, cut all original plastic mould away on back of door card where the original speaker screws to. Then mount an 18mm mdf ring around the hole in the metal work on the door itself and screw the speaker to that. Job done.
Just make sure u use loads of sound deadening as it is the most vital part of the whole installation and will improve the sound 100%
Put it everywhere u can. If ur not going to use it then tbh u are wasting ur time upgrading the speakers.

No really just take ur time cutting plastic away and then its easy and will be massively better than 5" speakers as u have almost twice the cone area with a 6.5"
