I did A+ a few years back. It was a bit of a waste of time tbh, all the content was a good couple of years old and it was all a bit basic. I was 16 at the time, never really taken a computer to bits before and passed easily. We didn't do much work, usually the tutor just told us to read through the books but we ended up just messing about on the Internet or playing LAN games. I've not had a chance to use it in a proper work environment (at Uni now) but from what I've heard they're a bit too simple for most employers to care. That last bit might be wrong though, not 100% sure.
