A little help please

hi all i have had a flick through some of the posts on here and think i may have the answer to my question but am not 100% so thought it may be best to ask... i have just got my self a 1.2 1999 v plate clio and at some times when driving it, it is quite difficult to get into 1st gear and 2nd, but if i lift clutch then put it down again a coupple of times or roll the car slightly it goes in no problem there also seems to be a lot of movment in the gear stick as im driving. would i be right in thinking this is most likely the rear dog bone mount? any help info would be great thanks
