ABS warning light on after drive-shaft change

  Clio 1.4 Dynamique
I just changed the left hand drive shaft on my 04 Clio (total pain in the bum, I'm still not 100% sure it's not leaking...).

Anyway, since then the ABS warning light has been coming on as soon as I drive for more than a few minutes.

I was just wondering what this could be?

Ive cleaned the sensor, and the disk on the drive shaft is brand new...

Any ideas/anything I should try?

Thanks

hi, the best thing to do would be to get it code-read.

i do know that there are 2 different type of reluctor rings though (1 has more teeth than the other), if i were you i would check the amount of teeth on the reluctor ring you have just fitted againt the one on the other side. this is enough to put the ABS light on if the wrong ring is fitted.

thanks
