Adjusting headlight height?

Recently got my car back from its MOT and found that the headlights seem to be a lot higher.I found that when driving along at night i keep getting flashed which was quite embarresing lol, but there was nothing i could do. I did get some new bulbs last year but the height was fine up until i got it back from the garage last week.

I have tried the adjuster below the steering wheel but it is still really high and blinding people so i need to know how to adjust them some more :S.

Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

Have a look behind the headlight for a small white dial, then adjust that to suit.

You adjust it using an allen key, so look out for something in that shape.
