The robbing b******s didn't send me a renewal notice so I was without insurance for 2 weeks before I realised
They lied on the phone to me, saying that I could pay for two weeks then cancel and get money back for the leftover amount (which I couldn't, so was stuck with them for another year as they wanted MORE money for me to cancel)
The number of seats in my car on the form was always wrong (a crafty trick to get out of a payout?)
My excess on the form was different to what they said on the phone
GAP insurance, who they always recommended, said in one phone call that they did a £99 immobiliser then in a later phone call that they'd never done a £99 immobiliser
GAP fitted my immobiliser and f**ked up my central locking, denied all knowledge of it, then said that they would come and look at it but it would cost £75 if it was found to be not their fault (which you could guarantee it wouldn't be...

)
F(l)ux took so long to pay out a refund of £800+ on my brother's insurance that it took a letter from the solicitors to get it out of them
The money taking side of the business (sales) always answered quickly, but the paying out and customer service side of the business take forever to pick up.
I think that's about it....
