Advertisement Help (Car Adverts)

If you check out my ebay items, ( http://shop.ebay.co.uk/merchant/vinecottage66 )You will get the general template I use for advertising my cars.
I'm still getting silly phones calls every day with questions, I'm sure I answer most on the adverts.
Any one have any ideas/ Ways of improving my adverts.

Still get silly questions like. what price do you want for the car cash and I'm from ...... where are you from. How old is the car. Does it have power steering. All 'silly' questions what I'm sure i answer already but I guess I'm not making it bold enough.

Just do a big f**k off box saying "Things you need to read in big red letters" then fill it with "Please note: I don't give prices for cash. All cars are located in [town]. All details I have on the car have been filled in on the ebay details section, above, or are contained within the advert. Please re-read the advert before emailing me as I often find the answer is already contained within the advert. I am of course happy to answer any other questions you may have. Thank you for reading this. Happy bidding!"

I think even if I put that on there. There will still be people phoning me as my address and other questions are in plan view on the adverts but they still ask. I had a 20 minuet phone call with some one today and they sounded really interested then after all that they asked where i lived and say o thats to far bye.
