advice needed..

im looking for a new exhaust for my 03 1.6 16v and would like some advice on which one to go for. I dont want one thats going to be too loud as i do a fair amount of motorway driving, though i want to get a little bit of performance increase ( i know that it wont be a massive amount ). i have had a good look through the posts on various exhausts and read that you can lose performance with certain systems....? is this true ? i want to go for a full system with de cat, can anyone advise me on my options

If you go for a decat/full system it will be loud massivly loud
