Advice on a RAL Colour

Looking at getting my wheels powder coated, however I have been asked what RAL Colour I would like

I'm after a dark grey / anthracite

The problem is the guy who is doing the work for me doesn't have many different examples he can show me, so I'm stuck looking at RAL Colour Charts which really don't give me much of an idea

Not keen on the standard Anthracite (RAL 7016) as it has a blueish tinge to it I find,

Anyone ever had there wheels done anthracite by proving a RAL Colour code, and got pictures they could show me?

After as similar colour to the ones in the photo, (apologies whoever's photos I've 'borrowed')

I could be wrong here, but aren't RAL paints solid? I.e. Non metallic?

Doesn't he have a swatch thing for it?
