Advice On Buying A Mac.

I'm looking at their website at the moment,

For students they're giving a 13% discount and a iPod Touch for £19 if you buy it at the same time as the Mac.

I'm currently looking at the Macbook Pro

How do I get word etc onto it, I've never used a Mac before so I'm not sure what programs I'l need - I can see on their website they've got iWork (£55). Would it be worth buying that with it?

Iv never used iwork so I can't comment on that but I just bought office to avoid any compatibility issues at uni just incase.

Iwork is great for the keynote presentation software but for word processing i prefer ms word, so i have both on my mac
