Advice on new headunit

Hey all, Looking to buy new headunit and wondered if you have any suggestions? Ideally it will have SD card or USB port to save having CD's in the car. Noticed some of them have USB port in the back of the stereo-- so is it easy enough to run a cable from there to under the seat? Also what are the best websites to order ICE from?
Have parcel shelf mounted Infinity speakers but front door speakers are standard. Whats the best option to replace the door speakers? Car is a 2003 172.
Have a budget of £250.
