advice on rear bumper swap on my clio extreme

I'm planning to buy a 172 rear bumper for my clio as I slowly make the car my own, would I need to change the bumper reinforcement if I change to this from a standard clio rear bumper? Is this a pretty easy job to do? (a straight swap over!) any help appreciated

No you wouldn't and yes it's a straight swap although you should make sure you also get we inner arch guards as your old ones won't fit the new bumper

thanks for the advice John the arch guards never crossed my mind at all you've just saved me alot of frustration since I've only just ordered my bumper today cheers mate, are the arch guards just a screw on job?

You don't 'need' the arch liners, standard ones will cover it sufficiently, you just can't screw the bottom back in.

if the bumper fits with the old 1s then ill probably stick with them for now but I know that it'l annoy me after a while anyone any idea how much they go for used?
