Advice on removing chips?

can anyone help i've got some small chips on the side of the door which look like they have been done by a watch. it really doesnt look nice, they are right on the edge where the door closes making the planel stand out. can anyone advise how to sort them out with out a total door respay?

Good find rich thanks, think i'm going to give it a go, what is the paint code for a black/gold 182, only asking cause you've got one from the looks of it.

Paint code is 267 for Black Gold.

The part number from Renault is 7711229485 for the touch up stick, was £6.83 inc Vat when I grabbed one
