right folks need some advice here, been offered a nice prodrive edition uk turbo scooby, had one before and loved it.so what would you all do,go for the scooby or keep the cup??

A few days ago i put up a thread about near enough the same thing all i got was KEEP THE CUP! go onto a subaru forum and ask the same question ;)

depends what you want from a driving experience/if you have the money/if you see the need/etc... only you can make the choice, seriously, if you can afford it and want to try it why not....

Everyone here will generally say keep the cup

Only way you'll get an answer worth listening to is talk to people who have owned both. I know a few people who have had both and they've gone back to another clio after the scoob because they've been disappointed. Having owned both yourself you're in a better position to decide for yourself really :) I dont like Imprezas personally, Love the Legacy though, just generally less crap

a prefer the scooby, the noise, the 4wd the looks, but in the same point the clio has gave me lots of fun.plus only so much power a can get out the clio where as the scooby power achievment is much higher.

its a uk turbo with full prodrive kit.think its runnin about 330bhp.clio just seems flimsy and as if its going to fall to bits lol.

You can only make your decision yourself, Its what you will be stuck with for many year or however long you decide to keep also can you afford the extra cash for fuel, insurance and if anything goes wrong? You need to take that into consideration.

We have had Scooby’s, Evo’s escort cosworth ect its all money when it comes to performance cars at the end of the day.

IF you can afford it then go for it I say as long as it wont leave you skint :rasp:

well a think it wud be more reliable than the clio.as its a uk turbo insurance isnt much different from the clio.

Clio = Massively fun to drive and suprises a few big powered cars

Impreza = Small penis and get choppers try to race you 24/7

Could possible be cheap as it’s a uk car I cant comment on that as we have had imports.

As for been reliable there’s more chance of the Clio been better than the Subaru mate ;),

Has the subaru been looked after, regular services, warmed up/cooling down proper ect What sort of miles has it on the clock?

Have you had a look over on Scoobynet? Really good forum with a lot of technical stuff and information :).
