Aerial Removal Help - Phase I and II 1#2 Owners

Does your aerial just unscrew or is it fixed in? Mine won't budge despite using WD40 and a pair of pliers

Phase 1 and 2 antennas are different? Phase 2 is screwed in, don't know about phase 1

I'm asking about the phase 1 172 / Vee aerial!

I have a PH1 (Non sport though) and it just unscrews my ariel. It is rather stiff though!
