Aftermarket HU with Ren Alpine Changer?

Does anyone know if there is any after market head units which the Renault Alpine CD changer can be used with? (Mini iso connection)

Not to worry, not that botherd tbh, happy enough with the sound for what I need like. Was just wondering if I could get a nicer looking HU.

I really like how the head unit fits into the whole amber look of the car. If u change it, no matter how expensive and nice the new one is, it wont blend it.

Is it really impossible to use the CD changer with another HU? I hate the idea of switching CDs while driving.
