aggressive vibration!!

I have a 1.4 clio s - 2000 at idle it shakes like hell like the idles too low - if u pick the revs up slightly it stops is their anyway to adjust the idle? is it just adjustment? ne ideas?! any help will do nicely!!

no find out why its idling wrong check the throtle body for dirt etc and the coil packs for failure then lambeda and map etc sensors.
