Air bag light + MOT

I currently have aftermarket seats in which obviosly brings up the airbag light on the dash. Will this fail an MOT?

It shouldn't fail as mine didn't but then again i had an aftermarket steering wheel as well so there was no airbag there at all. You could always just ask the tester before taking it in or just put some tape over the light lol
