Air Filter help Please

Just sold my viper and need a temp air filter until I can get a maxogen, whats the best one to put in, I have my standard 182 one but iirc someone said a 172 one is better :S

Any help would be great please

mrk1 172 filter. mrk2 172 and 182 is the same.

Ktec stock the ITG panel filters for both ph1 and ph2 172/182s i think. Bout £40

lol.. i used the itg pannel filter first.. dint like it.. changed to a k&N pannel never looked back.

K&N are based in warrington.

Not sure if you can order direct from then but halfrauds and other car shops can order them in for you usually next day too

lol, whats the difference with a panel filter in a mk1 airbox, compared to a panel filter in a mk2 airbox, with the accoustic valve removed?!

mk1 airbox is a better design, a la cup racer setup

cup racers have the battery relocated, straight pipe, then a caf into the headlight blank.
