Air intake

hi there. just after some advise.
i need to relocate my air intake pipe.

firstly what is the best pipe to us i.e material ?
second what is best size i.e 60mm, 70mm ?
and finally where and how to do it ?
i know im askin for alot, but it would be much appreciated.

dont see the point in going bigger than 70mm, as its got to go through the throttle body anyway so too big an intake will cause back pressure and restriction in my opinion.
