Air vent removal

Hi,

Could someone tell me how I can remove the front air vents on a 182, the ones which are immediately adjacent to the doors (not the centre ones). I dont want to force them out by pulling if they are screwed down from the inside! There is a plasticy rattling coming from behind right hand side one which I would like to investigate ...

Is there a Haynes manual or equivalent for the 182?

No haynes manual, but the vents are part of the top dash which can be removed in under ten minutes.
