Airbags faulty! Recall

Just dropped my car off for service and was told there is a fault on the steering wheel airbags. Apparently theres going to be a recall?

Not the dodgy connection problem but something about it needing re-programming!?!? Technical note - 4542C

Any ideas?

Just called to check the car was ready and was told this is DEFINATELY a safety issue and Clios are being recalled.

JT or any Renault techs know what this is all about?

Mine is in the loft !! .... I suppose I could walkin in with just the wheel in my hand ?

not come across this recall yet. the newest recall at the moment is on wiper motors
