Alarm keeps going off

Hi I wounder if someone can help. I removed the dash on my 172cup on sat to change some bulbs and since then my alarm goes off by its own, it did it twice on sunday, and again this morning and there was nothing by the car.
The car has the standard alarm fitted
My only concern is ive gotta go to work this afternoon, and being a nurse the car park is a bit of a walk from the hospital, and dont fancy getting back to the car and the battery is dead from the alarm going off all day.

So any suggestions would be greatfully appriciated

hi, not much help but i ripped the sounder out of mine, took a whilst as i hade to remove scuttle etc. I found it had water in the sounder causing it to short! Now replaced with a new sounder and its fine!
