Im looking for a half decent alarm for my car and have around 200 pounds to spend on it - pound sign is not working on this computer again!! Anyway im after something that can detect wheels being moved, car being jacked up with maybe an option to add remote central locking or one with comes with one if poss. I haven't got a clue when it comes to alarms so can anyone help me??

you might struggle to get that for £200......maybe

ive just paid £170 for one that does interior ultrasonics, the usual boot/door/bonnet, and controls my central locking from the fob

the sensor for detecting if your car is being jacked up is usually an optional extra, so depending on how much it is, you might get something inside your budget

I can stretch to about 250 but dont want to get those mega-mad ones you hear about. Do you know any good places to get them from??

Ive got a motion sensor added to my Cobra. So if someone crashes into me when parked, rocks the car or starts to jack it up, the bad ass alarm goes off.

Think it was £50.
