What ya all think ? im making it in to a clio sport rep the parts are in the paint shop now should be picking them up some time this week hopefully

agreed with the sticker removal quote, i quite like the sound of a gold 172 it should look good, however how can they match the paint properly if they dont have the car? You are having the wings done aren't you?

they had the car to mix the paint friday, and yer its full kit front and rear bumpers wings and skirts, getting side strips and door handles done soon too

yer i know what your saying ive just turn 19 that cost me 1620 for the year to insure. i tried getting a quote online for a 172 coz there was one for nearly the same price i paid for that and they all said please call us for quote.

ebay m8 was bored on day and found them they were only a couple of quid had some similar in my 106 so thought id give em a go. the big one on the windscreen it was there when i got the car.

as for the other parts mentioned ive got the grill cant decide on which wheels to go for and when the money is there wanting 172 interior and possible a v6 spoiler.:rasp:

yer i take the large renault sticker of the front window, and yer im 18 so getting a 172/182 wasnt really a option so a replica it was get some pics up it will be good to see the final look.

will be gud 2 see what your 172 rep will look like in that colour, should look quite nice, im nearly finished making my 1.2 extreme into a rep managed to find a front bumper in my colour so guna fit it this week

didnt see you in leeds kirkstall road morrisons the other day did i? saw the same colour, but with wheel trims and a 172 front bumper pushed on (not cut, moulded or anything and looked brand spanking)??

:lolup: not me m8 never been to leeds in it wont put my car down by trying to bodge a bumper on it. i drop the bumper straight off at the paint shop as soon as i got it will hopefully be fitting next week end so ill post ya all some pics.

gunna get a strut brace for it do ya think it will look good if i get that painted too or will it be a little OTT? :quiet:
