Alloy refurb help (Skoda vRS) - including pic

A work colleague has scuffed the alloy on his vRS over the weekend. Is it a major issue to address given that it has a 'lined' finish on the exposed silver-coloured areas? Its a small detail and tbh, one that you don't notice until you're very close to the alloy itself.

I'm no expert, but the "it'll polish out" scenario won't apply here, I reckon?

Hi Darren, face looks to be diamond cut which will need re-welding and cutting back - not a cheap repair. Is the grey painted area marked also? factor this in (if it is) and then possibly not matching in colour

So:
(1) live with it
(2) buy a new wheel - would be my preferred option (providing it ain't £300 +)
(3) repair/refurb but possibly have to do 2 wheels (the same side for colour match).

If I were you I would email the photos out to wheel refurb centres local to you and see what they say.

Easy repair mate, they'll machine the face untill smooth, the colour they will re do also.
