Alloy Refurb & Painting

Hey,
I'm in the situation where i need to get some alloys for my car quick so i can get it back from the insurance garage.
I have found a set of alloys on eBay i would like, they have curb marks though, i was wondering if anyone can recommend anywhere in Bristol or locally which would refurbish the alloys and then Paint/powdercoat them?
And any rough prices?

+1 on this, he is quality.

Failing that, James at Restomod in Warmley is a really good too but he isn't cheap!
