Alloy wheels help

Just a quick question, i Have 13" standard alloy wheels and want to upgrade to larger wheels, just wondering if i put 15" alloys on there will this effect my speedo and if so by how much and can it be adjusted?

If the wheels are the same rolling radius it'll be fine (bigger wheels, lower profile tyres)
