alot of smoke

just had a custom back box fitted on my clio 1.2 but when you just start it up alot of smoke comes out like its burning to much oil? what could it be? the ecu has not been re mapped should i get it done maybe?

Is it only a back box you had fitted ?? Or have you got a de cat etc too ?

just back box sort of like white smoke

was the back box left outside for a while. Long enough for water to collect in it?

no it wasent mate, fitting a back box doesnt damage your engine does it?

I think it's beacuse it's new, drive the car a bit so the exhuast cokes up a bit, then see if it still does it. I guess that it won't though.

too be safe, just check your coolant levels as well.

White smoke would suggest water in the back box.

Although it's been suggested a few times
