anyone know if alpine will bring out a 2004 range of headunits and other ice stuff? If they are, when?

IIRC new ranges begin to come out in march, sometimes april.

I think Alpine usually bring the new ranges out in march

Yeah, Alpine are bringing in iPod controls with the 2004 range

The 2004 models are already listed on the USA site.

9835 seems to be top of the range (for the cheaper range!) - i.e. it replaces the 9815.

Ahh good job!

Doesnt look all that bad I guess. Display really needs some colour though. I cant believe theyd have made it grayscale?!

I still prefer the proper seethrough / lit up buttons on the 7878 though.

The UK model will be a little different as it has the extra RDS features (2nd function on the 1-6 buttons). Im pretty sure there wont be a mute button either - its something else on the uk one.
