Dependant on age, it will either be a thick blue book, or a little thin red one.

Same, you're obviously not going to keep on looking once you've found it.

Can replacement books be ordered from renault, just bought a 1.2 and am short of a couple.

Renault will sell you a replacement,£5 ish. You will have to go back to the dealer who serviced it to get it stamped though as Renault dont keep a central record of when a car was serviced.(Assuming you had it serviced at Renault)
