Amp Wattage Distribution.

Finally got my Infinity sub this morning, just wondering if theres any way of distributing the wattage from my 450w amp, what I want to do is have 300w going to my sub and 150w going to my 6x9s. Is there any way of doing this as I dont have a clue?

how many channel amp is it?

if it's four the use ch1&2 for the 6x9's and the bridge the sub across ch3&4

It says 4/3/2 on the box. whats that mean?

means it can be used as a 4/3/2 channel amp

connect as i said above and it will be fine

so how do i spread the 6x9s acroos ch 1&2 and bridge the sub over 3&4?

well ch1 and ch2 will be for a 6x9 each

then something like the + of the sub to + of ch3 and then the - from the sub to the - on ch4

ok cheers, so why does that work, wouldnt it wotk if i just put them into 2 channels?
