amps stopped working! very confused

I know on hear a few people on here are into there sound systems like taylor etc and i need some help. Basically going along with music on not even loud still could hear poeple talking in the car, then my sub stops working. got home checked all the wireing which is normal, checked every fuse whick are all good checked my earth cable which is all good too, left the car for about an hour still not working?? light dont come on ont he front etiher?? Any body have any ideas??

Have you had a look at the remote cable blue behind your headunit if you havent checked that yet

no light on usually means no power to the amp. check the cables in the back of your head unit and trace them down the car. make sure there are no loose connections.

I had the same problem twice last week but when i turned the ignition and left it for abit it was ok after that .

1st time i just took the fuses out and put them back in again and it was fine

Also this may seem very silly now u have checked all the wiring fuses etc...change the earth. Ive done this before and it worked. Just earth it somewhere else on the car.

sorted now guys the 60a power fuse looked perfectly normal, tested it with the metre and it was blown some how lol :S now all sorted, got 5 for £1.50 at maplins

lol i was gonna say check the fuse as sometimes they will "blow" near the ends and look fine
