Hey guys, since I've had the car it's a dog on very cold starts (like you can't move it for about 60secs till it gets over its cough).
Recently the engine check light (lower right on the 182 dials) came on, and the coughing magically stopped. Didn't go into any limp mode and felt the same to drive.
A few days later and the light has magically gone off again, but the coughing is back.
I'm thinking it's a lambda thing.
Few Qs:
Does that light go off (like resets itself) after "X" amount of miles?
Also it's a decat but still has the post cat O2 plugged in. I thought this would cause problems due to the non-cat aspect....any help?
Thanks guys, I've got a few (big) problems with this car atm and instead of getting depressed and hating the car I thought I should get my finger out and ask.
