Another graphics card question!!!

I need your help...

At the mo I have a 32" widescreen (not a LCD or Plasma). Would it be possible to connect my PC to this TV? If so what Card would you recommend to do the job? (My TV has scart and a S-Video sockets if that helps.)

I want to get a card that when i upgrade to a HD LCD or Plasma I can plug straight into my pc without having to buy another graphics card.
