just been looking under the arches with the rear wheels off and there has been some serious welding...alot more than i expected....seems they have put a whole new boot floor in right upto the back of the rear seats....oh well at least its sorted and its got a brand new 172 rear bumper on it

At least they didn't use her for their runabout , that's the main worry out of the way. Sounds like they were taking the pee a little having her for all that time though, but at least you have her back fully repaired and healthy again.

Might be worth giving your insurer a ring, they pay the bill direct to them ultimately.

Im guessing your insured with tesco, directline, priveliege, renault or similar. (or the party who is paying for damage if your not going throught your insurer)

Basically all the above are under written by Uk insurance Ltd. Uk Assistance at Salford is part of the same company, so definitley worth a shot!! Even if you ring the other party insurer (loss of ammenity is the phrase to use)
